Fair, and to add on SNW is the most "finished" of the four lands so they don't have concepts ready to roll out.
Most finished is definitely Berk imo. An E-Ticket coaster, show,
and M&G; two spinner flats, a large family play area, boat water ride, and a ton of street entertainment, including both animatronics and walk-around performers,
+ seasonal Snoggletog decor? No other land has anything near that much going for it. There is a reason why we haven't heard a single potential lead on a Berk expansion. I doubt we see any development there for a long, long time.
SNW has a number of experiences on offer currently, but I'd argue still nothing near enough to match the crowd levels and high energy towards Nintendo at Epic. Part of that is an unfortunately consistent lack of capacity for basically any offering (Yoshi, Mine Cart Madness, the M&G queues, Bowser Jr are all strangely built to not be able to service many guests at one time), but I think an equal part is simple high demand. If people had access to a Nintendo play area, or a Luigi's Mansion, Zelda, additional DKC ride, I think any and all would be highly attended.
The issue then is getting any of that approved, and yeah, we're all basically in agreement that the DU and HP permits + Pokemon in IOA are good signs that that's not happening anytime soon. Not for lack of trying, I imagine.
