Too funny... I looked at it and decided to say nothing because I figured maybe younger people would like it. A few too many ideas going on for my tastes. Now, who can grab a picture of a person wearing it!? Ha!

Why a ****ty backlit Gringotts logo? Why only HALF the tower? Why the weirdly cartoonish goblin on it? The text added just to make it look busy. UGH!

People don't design shirts for people who have good design taste. This caters to the overly photoshopped Bald Eagle American Flag and Wolf and Native American - inspired tie die tshirt crowd.

I would've liked a simple shirt with the Gringotts warning poem on it with a small crest at the bottom. Oh well.

Yes they do, this just isn't one of those shirts! Your examples were excellent though and what I couldn't put my finger on (I don't like dirty fingers). Yeah, I can see a Harley driving Potter lover sporting one of these quite proudly.

What time of day would be the best time to go to Diagon Alley? I'm planning on going Thursday.

I've visited several times in the past week and never had any issues entering Diagon - no standby or return tickets necessary. For Gringotts, 6-6:30PM seems to be the best time, as the line can close as early as 7PM, and overall wait times seem to decrease throughout the day. Expect a posted wait time of 90-120 minutes around 6.

Yeah. Do everything else you want to do in the park and waltz in there around 4ish and explore and keep and eye out on the gringotts time if it still too high for you taste when you get there. Going to Diagon late allows you to work opposite the crowd and you shouldn't have any big lines except for Gringotts.

So this is better than going first thing in the morning? I was wondering about this, since you'd be able to take your time and not have to run straight to the ride, missing everything else.

Yes. If you go first thing, that's what everyone else is doing and that's when you'll have to wait the longest.

I have universal down to a science. When I go Thursday I'll hit up marvel from 8 to 9. At 9 switch over do rockit transformers mummy and everything else I wanna do at the studios. Have lunch at Finnegans. Then go enjoy Diagon and do Gringott's. Ride express over and do Hogsmeade and finish with the water rides once it gets dark. I usually don't wait more than 15 mins for anything except for Gringotts. Never go to hp first unless you have early entry. Because if you do then you will be off gringotts some time after lunch and then get to wait in 75 minute lines for rockit and transformers like all the other schmucks.

Yeah, it seems the best way to hit the parks these days is everything else first, then Potter.

So if people still think Diagon isn't doing it's job, this is from Seth Kubersky:

Let’s start at Universal Studios Florida, where wannabe wizards are propelling the park to its most profitable summer ever. Some armchair observers have looked at the relatively short lines to enter Diagon Alley or ride the Hogwarts Express train since opening day and inferred that Universal’s addition isn’t meeting expectations. The truth is that the surprisingly sane queues reflect not audience disinterest, but exceptional crowd control operations – unlike in 2010, when sprawling standby lines snarled Islands of Adventure’s walkways. Despite the Gringotts ride still operating significantly below its maximum capacity of 2,000-plus riders per hour, Universal’s parks are processing record numbers of guests; on many days more people board the Hogwarts Express than enter Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

More confirmation of OU insider's analysis from Day1. I always trust in OU Insider opinion. It's generally the best available.......except for the dippin dots low management guy that a few other people listen to. (LOL)....Great work guys, (HTF, Seth, Jungle Skip, Test Track, Disneyhead, Teebin,Drew, BriMan, and anyone else I missed). This is why OU is the prime source for Universal info. Only Robert Niles at TPI can come close. And the rest of the pack is definitely in the dust.

Holy cannoli! If this has been posted before then please excuse. Bryn Court has posted and entire gallery of his work on Diagon. I clicked it thinking it would just be the dragon. It is stuff you never dreamed of... including the the actual Gringotts attraction and prior miniature sculptures of all its rockwork, and then the finished work inside the actual ride. It "must be seen" by everyone here: http://www.moviesculptor.com/wizardingworld.html
