What Games Are You Playing?

I almost bought Left 4 Dead 2 last night at Best Buy. It was on sale for $39.99. So anyone out there who wants L4D2, now would be a good time to pick it up.

Definitely going to play the Saboteur one of these days. It's Inglorious Basterds with 1 Irish guy. Looks awesome.

Currently playing Mirror's Edge again. Haven't played it in a while, but after listening to the theme song recently (and splurging on the soundtrack), I ended up playing it again.

Assassin's Creed 2. I picked it up on Monday and just popped it in today. So far, it's a bit boring. It's just running errands for people, it's kinda strange. I just got the Assassin gear so I'm assuming it's going to pick up now. Atleast that's what I'm hoping.

I'm replaying Mass Effect to get ready for Mass Effect 2. Your character transfers over (along with any and every action/decision you've made in the game so far) so Mass Effect 2 is going to be rather unique for each player. I'm excited.

My daily online games are Halo 3 and Modern Warfare 2, but now im working on beating H.A.W.X.! Then maybe Ghostbusters if i decide to open it lol

Great game. Watch the decisions. I don't go for achievements anymore just for the reason I've been called an achievement accumulator. Yesterday someone tried to copy me.

My friend bought it and thinks it's awesome. I'm going to borrow it when he's done with it.

I'm not a fan of Assassin's Creed 2. It's not what I thought it'd be. It's too slowly paced, the action seems repetitive, and the cut scenes are boring. I think I'm going to leave this one unbeaten and trade it in.

Left 4 Dead 2 was amazing, but Left 4 Dead had too many kinks to iron out, thus why I connected the dots this way. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way, shape, or form. :wave:

Considering the first one is only $20, it's definitely worth it to play both of them. While Mass Effect 1 does lack a little in the game play department, Mass Effect 2 has a very fluent cover system (like Gears of War... you know, except this game actually has depth to it ).

Thee Mass Effect trilogy has one of the best stories (not necessarily the main plot, just the depth; any chance I get to talk to someone, I can tell that bioware put a lot of energy into creating such a deep, interesting world, er actually galaxy. There is so much content that it couldn't fit onto just one disc. Yes, this series is worth a try.

Same here, I haven't been this hooked on a game since Fallout 3! I just beat the game, actually, and OHMYGAWD AT THE END OF THE GAME THEY- ahem... I refuse to be the one that ruins the plot for anyone reading this... besides, the game can end differently depending on how you play it.

Just beat the game yesterday. THAT was one of the greatest video game experiences I have ever played in my life. It was definitely better than it's predecessor and I am very eager for the final game in the trilogy. I was sucked into the story so much that I'd think about it all day when I wasn't playing.

Today in school, when I was listening to my teachers...the red bar and scan would pop up above their heads with the word "Geth" on it. Definitely a memory that I will miss.

I didn't spoil anything. The plot of the game is that they are going on a daring suicide mission. It's obvious. Bioware told everyone straight from the beginning that it's actually possible for Shepard to die at the end. This game is about choices. I said that I lost half of my team; that doesn't mean that any of you will do the same, or lose the same characters for that matter.
