Most people don't ride EEA and most people don't audition for those.

I use EEA :bored:for a nap in the air conditioning to get through a hot afternoon. That's about all that almost completely broken down attraction is worth.

What is EEA? I have been seeing the posts fly by and I still don't have a clue. It sounds like something one would say about Carousel of Progress but that ain't it... so I am lost.

Oops... figured it out. Gawd, I rode that once and thought I had been sent to purgatory.

"Gawd, I rode that once and thought I had gone to purgatory".(Seth Kubersky needs to quote that in his Unofficial WDW book description of EEA) Teebin comes up with some of the most unique phrasing.

Hey don't rain on nap time. Seriously thought although the ride is dated the scale is pretty amazing.

I haven't been on that ride since the twins needed a nap and mommy and daddy needed air conditioning lol

I do love the Dino part. I remember it as a kid and still love it. Too bad you have to deal with everything else to get to the Dino part.

You're right, the Dino part is decent and almost an attraction by itself, but it too is getting a bit ragged. We've been on EEA twice but my GF still doesn't know what the ride is cause she's slept through the whole thing both times.

And if people are somehow still auditioning for AIE... then congrats to them for figuring out how to audition for an attraction that doesn't exist anymore?

Slightly related... contrary to popular belief, AIE definitely didn't take everyone who auditioned and many more auditioned than is made out to be. Sometimes they cut it real close on having enough people for being too picky.

There are so many variables at play. How big is the room, how many people can it hold, how long does the average person take, how long does it take a moron, is it different every time you play?

Every one I've seen in Orlando holds 5 - 10, lasts for an hour plus reset time, generously call it 75 minutes. With anything under a dozen rooms, I don't think that works for even a niche CityWalk attraction.

Not to mention they tell you at the start the whole conceit of the ride--that the dinosaurs we see turned into "fossil fuels"--has been disproved since they built the ride in 1982.

A bad info educational education attraction. So much for the original emphasis of Epcot. :)

What about a land dedicated to Spielberg with Jurassic World, Jaws, Back to the Future, ET, MIB and Transformers? I know Universal probably wouldn't move MIB or especially Transformers but it would open even more space in World Expo and much needed space in Production Central. Then ET in Studios turns to Luigi's Mansion.

A land dedicated to classic monsters and a Scooby dark ride.

People said there was no way Nintendo would happen so I have hope for a DC land. Yes I know Six Flags has the rights but if Universal offers a great deal I doubt they'll turn it down. Would love a batmobile version of the Tron coaster in Shanghai and a Superman version of FJ.

That really isn't a "Spielberg land", he only directed two of those movies (and yes, I know he produced the other 4).

A James Bond ride. Ride system FJ but here you stand, on your back a rocket like in Thunderball and Die another day. You infiltrate a secret lair of the villian. You can shoot and earn points and have to shoot the mechanism that is about to launch a doomsday rocket and make your spectacular escape...

I don't think a Six Flags will ever come to Orlando realistically so I wonder if a deal could be made with Six Flags for the rights to use DC in the park. Universal could create some great rides and allow Six Flags to use the same ride in their parks. If people visiting the rides at a Six Flags really like the ride, it might encourage them to visit a Universal park.

Take out Fear Factor for James Bond and include it as part of London. Perfect fit.

I would love for that James Bond stunt show to finally happen. Something on the scale of Waterworld.
