It's really cool to look at not only how much attention these tweets have been getting, but just reading through the comments and seeing how many people who were completely unaware of the park's existence now super interested and wanting to go.

So I sprung for a Visa Credit Card to get the unique link to buy tickets to epic. There was 1 day left and I grabbed 2 tickets for April 24. My husband has the IAC card for accommodations. We will probably staying at Helios. Is there a guest services near Helios where we could get the accommodations? Will they be doing accommodations for the previews? We've done the DAS program at Disney several times, but never at Universal, so this will be our first time. I'm assuming they will have it active at Epic for previews since they have to learn how to deal with it. I just don't want it to slow us down. I wanted to get 2 days in a row but only had the one option. Thanks for the help!

Epic videos are doing insane numbers on TikTok and Instagram Reels, every video that has popped up for me has anywhere from 50k-500k likes. Ever since the photos have been allowed I've had people who aren't even that interested in theme parks tell me their whole feed has been different Epic vids

There is Guest Services at Helios, though I am not 100% sure whether they'll be able to help. I know that you can go to Guest Services at Epic on the morning of your visit, and they'll be able to assist you.

But it wouldn't hurt to ask at Helios, just in case, to get ahead of it.

I've had multiple coworkers mention it to me this week - people who I've never talked to about it.

Also - not sure if this is the right thread or not. Will there be any measures preventing general guests Ubering to Stella Nova to utilize the walking path?
(I'm staying at Stella Nova this isn't about me lol)

Wouldn't this be longer distance than just getting dropped off at the park entrance? Is there a benefit to doing this?

Also, I hope not, because I need Stella Nova to hold my luggage for when I ditch the last day of a work conference to go to Epic instead :ghost:

Thank you for this. We applied for the IBCCES Card and after I posted the question, I got this email last night. It seems Universal will call us in the next few days to discuss accommodations. For any that need them, once your IBCCES Card is approved, you'll get an email that says:

Your IAC has been approved, marking an important step towards ensuring your visit to Universal Orlando Resort is comfortable and enjoyable. The next step is for you to discuss accommodations with the team at Universal Destinations & Experiences. This conversation will allow a greater understanding of your specific requirements in detail, ensuring that your experience is tailored to best suit your individual needs.

People will probably figure out in 6-12 months why most porcelain bathroom fixtures aren’t dark colors.

It may be, but I assumed some people may want to avoid the chaos of getting dropped off at the actual park lol

Stains and hard water spots are a lot more obvious. Even places in parks now that use darker-colored dividers can look a bit rough.

I guess my take is that the toilet color isn’t a reason to put that one over the other four that look really nice.

Yeah, there's a reason these black toilet fixtures are almost exclusively the domain of divorced dads.

I've noticed that IU forum views by both members and non members are up by a lot these last few weeks also.

There really isn't much chaos because Ride Share has their own entrance and drop off that's separate from the Parking Lot and the busses.

Keep us posted on your journey. My husband has recently been diagnosed with several forms of panic disorders and I believe this is the route we will go for our future trips and we are also relatively new to this process. I know in past people had to go to guest services in park, not the hotels, to get the pass and it all was a per team member discretion but if new processes are in place for Epic or Helios would love to hear about it.

All of the info is on Universal's page here. You have to start by registering within 30 days to get the IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC). You register at AccessibilityCard.org. It does require a doctor's note. Doesn't have to have a diagnosis or anything like that, but it does have to say what your husband can and can't do. There are checkboxes on the site to choose the things he can't do like stand in line or other things.

We got the card now and the App and like I said above, the email said someone from Universal will call soon. If they don't call by the Monday of my trip, I'm going to call them and see what they say. I'll try and report back on how the whole process went after my trip on the 24th.

For whatever it means May 3 became available to purchase again. Think capacity limits increased already?

I think they’re moving capacity around from other buckets as needed when there’s money to be made. Cardholder days went from sold out to suddenly more than half the days back available today too. Have to imagine they’re taking from military or hotel stashes.

Anyone know if they are allowing tripods into the park yet? Or more specifically for AP previews? My camera is drooling to get some night photography at the park.
