I'm thinking that this will not end up having any kind of annual or yearly pass. This experience seemly strictly marketed to tourists, rather than locals.

Nice thought but Murdy isn’t a fan of the icons. Won’t happen while he’s in charge…unless he’s asked to.

We had him in 2007 and even then, Murdy was open about not wanting to use him but lost the fight over that because Marketing had already decided on the ad campaign with Jack and the New Line Trio for both coasts.. and yeah, we'll only see an Orlando Icon out here again if higher-ups push him on it like in '07..

While they've released minimal details, they're probably still finalizing things here/there leading up to a more definitive detailed announcement

Considering how bad Vegas prices can get—I expected worse than that. Additional bits from that is that operations begin at 2PM per day, with tickets having scheduled times for your arrival.

I bought the GA Unlimited Access ticket for opening day. Very excited

Edit: it sucks a little because they make you pick a time when you buy a ticket. For some reason when it comes to a regular GA ticket, they have access to all the times. But for GA Unlimited they only had two times avaliable (when I bought mine): 4:00 and 8:00. The times start at 2. I don't understand why I have to wait another 2 hours lol. Also now only it's only 8pm for the Unlimited ticket. I wonder what the hours will be for this place?

Officially opening this before August 2025 would be… a… choice. I figured they’d want to maximize its first 90 days of operation, which is really only accomplished if October is in those first 90 days. The only reason I could see them attempting to market it this far out—or similarly open it in the spring—is because they don’t want Unleashed marketing to conflict with HHN marketing.
