Disappointed to see what might be a Waterworld/James Bond water-based stunt show, but I suppose this is very early days in the design phase so maybe it will change.

I don’t think it’s AI but it does seem quite similar to Beijing’s original concept artwork which you can find with a Google search

I feel like Kier's face is hiding what could be Lord of the Rings.... The front part of that land is giving hobbits and the back has a corner of a large showbuilding sticking out

This looks similar to Beijing, because that's the sort of style Universal wants throughout their parks. Lagoon at the center, IP lands around it with a Hollywood themed intro.

Not sure about it being LotR, but it does look like they're intentionally hiding something here. Whether it's Potter, LotR, a UK IP, etc.

It's not. If rain was such a dealbreaker, the Orlando Parks would have a walkway cover as Florida gets so much more rain than little ole Bedford.

I think for me, I’d expect some form of walkway cover, as the main reason guests avoid UK parks is the weather. When it rains here, it tends to be dreary and lasts for most of the day.

I’m just surprised to see no walkway cover at all. But then again, this is just concept art, and if it becomes a reality, I’m sure it will change substantially over time.
