This adds a lot to this thread and helps forget past hostilities in the forum, thanks for the comment, pretty sure people on twitter/bluesky will follow suit and bring love and unity to theme park fandom

The official Universal UK Project website seems to have gone off-line. Been trying to load it for the last 30 minutes but nothing happening.

If anyone is interested in listening to the interview with the German academic I referenced earlier this evening, she is being interviewed by LBC Radio at 6.30am and then a Zoom interview with ITV News at 10.30am (although this might be to tape rather than live).

Tomorrow's print edition front pages are beginning to emerge. The Daily Star has a reference to Universal Studios on its front page, although the story is on page 4. Can't find it on their website yet, but something is coming. Other front pages to follow but this story hasn't made the FT or Metro.

That's odd, I still can't get it to load. Tried on my laptop and an iPad but no joy. I'm in France at the moment, but can't imagine that would make a difference?

Edit: I wonder if you are loading a cached version in your web browser? I've just spotted somebody on Theme Park Stop's discord group also saying the Universal website is offline.

Yeah, it felt weird looking at other papers front page that the Daily Mirror were the only ones with concept art if it were legit

I hope so, as the concept for that park is not very inspiring compared to what universal have done recently

Reminds me of the initial Universal Kids/Epic Universe art, vague... but starts to shape expectations.

Going clockwise, it seems like an Art Deco/Spanish entrance, Trolls/DreamWorks, or a cityscape of some sort (looks like BTTF's courthouse), Jurassic World, WaterWorld, fantasy village of some sort, Minions.
