LC is a pretty solid land as is. Depending on what they go with the bulk of it could be retimed rather than demoed easily.

Or… the most likely answer is that the wall was unrelated to anything about the demo and y’all jumped to conclusions.

Is that truly more likely than the announcement of "Poseidon's Fury Ultra 4k 4D Adventure"?

Same as the walls on the bridge for minor repairs.

They had to sneak Lord Darkenon out, as he is so hated by theme park guests that they would've beat him to a pulp.

In related news, Curious George walked out to thunderous applause when it was his time.

Well there was smoke for this with that demo permit. Not that out of the question to think they were related.

I don’t blame anyone thinking they were possibly related (though Universal has never been the type to slowly roll out work walls) but to pivot to possible delays/cancellation is a bit much.

Even Universal’s own comment on the matter said “in the coming months,” so I didn’t presume it would start immediately.

Also, the original demo permit was canceled. And refiled under a new permit recently, so they don’t even have the approved permits needed to begin demo work.
