I hope we get concrete rumors as to what’s replacing LC by years end. I get the reasons they can’t have PF open, but it just makes me sad an entire land at this park is just a restaurant.

I can somewhat justify the closure of Poseidon's, but the lack of entertainment at either Sinbad or Toon Lagoon theater is embarrassing. Park needs entertainment (or non-thrill/water experiences) badly.

The point is, let's not play the comparisons game here. Lost Continent is disappointing in its current state and needs to be addressed ASAP.

If Universal decides to fast track Wicked for the parks if part 2 pulls similar figures to part 1, Lost Continent can be where they decide to put it. The IP just has a better feel for IOA than USF.

Yeah I think this is the go-to replacement should Zelda end up falling through the cracks. I'm not as attached to Wizard of Oz and Wicked like I am with the Zelda games, but I thought the set design and locations in Wicked were really eye catching and would be perfect for a park like IOA.

Disney has experienced similar criticism from Wonders of Life, Animation Courtyard, Dino-Rama, etc.

Reading through some of these rumors and comments. Wondering if it makes more sense to move things around.

What if:

Pokemon replaces LC

Zelda becomes the first expansion of Epic

Wicked replaces Simpsons

Zelda feels like a more "adventure" property than Pokemon (I know not every existing land really fits that word in that way, but still).

I also think a Pokemon E-ticket dark ride would better suit (what I think are) USF's needs.

Of Pokemon, Zelda, and Luigi’s Mansion, Pokemon is the only one I think actually happens. My gut says something else takes Lost Continent.

if this happens the IP of choice would probably be Wicked.

Not my personal choice but I think Wicked fits here well. Problems with a Zelda ride concept may have doomed it for this location....and Wickeds' box office success might have catapulted it from a merch only concept into a full land. Just my opinion though.
