I hear they are moving the area where they make props on site to this location

If someone else has heard otherwise let me know but thats what I'm hearing, so sadly doubt it will add much to the Tram

I've speculated it but I wonder if both the old mill and the old Sound Design building get torn down for re-routing of the main road.

The combined area of both would give UC a lot of space if the studio's willing to give what is old and obsolete buildings. Would suddenly make working on something over by SS15 and T-Pad more realistic and managable.

Thanks to @ethanuniversal's findings: The relocated Tech Services building has been approved of permits, with construction start to be whenever USH wants to begin that process of the new facilities that will replace what's over by Eastside Security Hub and H-Lot.
