But the question is... Will the parking garage restrooms be accessible to Citywalk guests still or strictly before entering security/after exiting park

As I've understand it, not unless you exit the security bubble. That's why they're making those newer restrooms near the movie theater... to make up for all the ones that will be cut off by the bubble in the parking garages.

I believe all the access from Jurassic will either be closed, or become a one way exit only.

Plan I was told was one-way's for the pre-existing entrance/exits. If you want to re-enter the bubble, you have to go through the checkpoints.

I suspect once they finish setting things up for Front Gate Parking, they'll then transition asap to the Taxi Drop Off/Pick Up area to get that done before FFN.
___

From Mondo, Wall Panels are now being installed for Eastside's Pedestrian Bridge to get to the security checkpoint.

The exit doors for Jurassic are seeming to be identified. Looks like they'll have narrow doors as you leave Citywalk and enter into the structure.

Also, work continues on Central and Eastside as more concrete for the ground is complete on Central, and work continues for Eastside too.

So will it be a door that only opens one way and they will have to station a person at each entrance?

Yeah, I imagine it'll work the same way as those fancy exit doors at airports.

This is for Curious George (& E.T. ????). It is a necessary evil. No way for guests to park there & then access the security portal next to Jurassic.

Although a new restaurant/Entertainment addition next to Margaritaville would've been nice.. but they still haven't used their upstairs space for guests since they moved in.

Where will be the preferred or handicap parking be relocated? I'm planning to take my grand parents to fan fest. Does Frankenstein have elevators or electric escalators like Jurassic? I never been to that parking structure.

The short version is we don't know at this stage. All of Universal's parking garages are ADA accessible. Frankenstein does have escalators and elevators.
