For a live action remake, this is by far the most Disney's marketing department has gone out on a film.

Probably because the creator/voice of Stitch is involved. Besides, they're just smartly doing what they did when the animated film was being promoted.

Despite a few questionable changes seen in the teaser trailer, this will be a major hit.

This looks adorable. Might be one of the first Disney movie, remake or otherwise, that gets me to the movies in a few years. The nostalgia is real for me here and Stitch looks great.

I hate remakes. This looks perfect though. I predict a billion dollar box office.

Okay so i just saw the new movie... as someone who is a fan of the franchise & has seen all 4 movies + TV series, I was curious to see if they would succeed with the live-action.

For the most part, it is a faithful adaptation of the original animated film, however there are still quite a few changes (most unnecessary). Also a lot of things left out, some big & some small. I won't even spoiler tag the differences to give you all the entire weekend to go see it.

It was cute & enjoyable, but due to some of the changes or things left out, it did kinda lose it's heart. It is still emotional, but it just lacked some of the impact due to missing dialogue.

Yes this is becoming long-winded, but I'm trying to talk about it in a spoiler free way haha. I do recommend seeing it.. it ranks up there with Jungle Book & Aladdin when it comes to the recent live-actions.

Unfortunately, Myrtle doesn't get the beat down she deserves. And also David wears a shirt too often. So there's that
