I thought the gates would be staying open at USF and they'd allow those with HHN tickets inside the park after 5PM. That would help with the congestion/bottleneck at the front of the park.

This would make the scream early tickets kinda pointless IMO. Unless you mean you’d still need one to enter at 5.

This process works at MK because they use the Main Street bypass to make it easier on CMs clearing out the park/Main Street, UOR doesn't have something similar unless they barricade off part of Hollywood/Wicked area to load guests in. I think it would be a smart approach to have guests wait up to Mel's Drive-In to get people to the back of the park more quickly to reduce the strain on the front half of the park.

Hamikuma would fit very well as a character / Easter egg within the Dolls house, IMO. If they did a whole separate thing, it might be a bit much. I would, for example, much prefer the HHN Bar to have photo ops with the original characters again, as opposed to just a Hamikuma thing.

I'm thinking Hamikuma would be in Club Horror, that seems appropriate given they've been a party character.

I'd almost imagine they'd give Hamikuma a M&G spot, if only because of how instagramable he is. But--the idea of him being a Chucky-like cameo (like how he was for Dollhouse of the Damned i believe) could make a ton of sense.
