We weren't even planning to go at all last night, but we did a very quick stop on Saturday (because a friend couldn't use their EE, so they passed them to us). Our plan from the night before still worked (FNAF > Jason > Scarecrow) except for Scarecrow. When we got to that line at about 5:35, the EXPRESS line was all the way past the EXIT for Transformers. It was like they told all the Express people it was only first good at Scarecrow, because (at least for EE), we saw very few Express for FNAF, Jason, Terrifier, or Poltergeist. While the Standby line at Scarecrow didn't look especially outrageous (about 2-3 switchbacks), we know that it probably wasn't going to move at all for at least a good 30min or more, so we passed.

So we went up to Terrifier/Poltergeist at about 6:15, and even on a busy Saturday, the line was minimal at 6:25 for both mazes. Was in both in 10 min or less. So if you were a GA and could power walk back to that area at 6:30 (when they let GA back there), you could still have minimal lines there without needing EE.

I went Yesterday with Express and Early Entry with My Wife and her friend's they didn't want spoilers so didn't know what houses were at the event

We started by getting in line for FNAF which I think was the longest wait at 30 mins.
Then Scarezone with express (20ish mins, everyone did this one after FNAF)
Slash Bar for Food (the Triple Tacos was pretty good and the tacos I got were big and full, would recommend)
Jurassic World general line (5 Mins of less)
Super Nintendo World the Ride was closed for houses so did not get on it, pretty bad luck on that one sadly
Jason with express (10 mins or less)
WWE (5 mins or less with express)
Jurassic Again General line (5 mins)
Blumhouse (walk on with express, 90 mins for general and the entire Q was filled when we were getting off it)
The Purge (express so walked in 5 mins before....but even general could do that)
Chain Saw man (walked in the pre show room, so maybe 15 mins wait if that)
Fallout (10 mins with express)
Monsterours (10 mins with express)
hippogriff coaster (5 mins in general)
Note we had to walk half the extended Q for the Potter attractions to get into the H lot, the line looked long but took only a few mins but even the employees were mutters how nuts this was and pretty sure its the fire night of them needting to slow down the flow of people into The Terriffer house area
Poltergeist (10 mins with express)
Terriffer (10-15 mins with express and sign said 60 mins for express)
Then walked back down to the lower lot
Scarecrow (5-10 mins in line)
FNAF (used the express here finally and was a 5 mins wait if that, general line should have been 35 mins or under the sign said more but not many express people, so I think the line moved quickly even for general)
Lastly WWE for a run where I had no one in front of me....was an amazing run honestly only Jason and Fallout had some big missing points, no Jason at the Bow station or next to the area right before that so just an ok run and Fallout did not have the Bear and the Power armor had no one in his room so missing the best part of the attraction but besides that we had mostly great runs

Eating during EA is not the best idea but if you have express we did just walk up and grab food within 5 mins or less and the lines got long as always.
If you want a double run on FNAF best bet is to rope drop it at EA opening and use your express later if you have it

Others Notes
In the Purge show the bad guy asked why me while being burned...funny but for sure should steal the puss and boots line and say "why me? specifically?"
I saw art Waving at the Tram as it went by the H lot when I was on the Terror Tram and when I past Art going to his house and told him we were going to his house he got excited then angry when I wasn't running, lol
I was filming the Hell Billies while people were in the restroom and I saw him on accident scare two police offers when they came out of the fog and the scare actor was laughing hard after that
We saw all the Crowz out at one point and they made a big circle and dance

Only things we missed was the Witching Hour mini street show, scaremony and Chainsaw chase out and sure we could have done them but it was 6 people and we used the restroom a lot, went on Jurassic twice and they went shopping in the HP store for like 20 mins not complaining but just saying if I was solo all could have been done on a busy as Saturday with EA and express, so if you have those and can stay all night your in good shape most likley just only take breaks when needed, lol

Event is amazing, if I ever go to another event at this level we are eating good but the Ops does have some issues and Terriffer, Jason and FNAF all got 3 hours or longer posted general wait times through out the night

It comes down to whether 1) they move up call times to accommodate the earlier opening times and 2) they move up the pool call time to get swings assigned, costumed, and transported to their venue.

Anecdotal, but my friends have had their call times pushed up accordingly over the last 2 days, so hopefully that's the norm both in terms of house filling and pay.

I'm here tonight and I can confirm. Who on earth approved this nonsense? They had employees running up and down the queue telling people what to do.

They've been screwing with how express lines work in general this year and It's been bizzare. Some seemingly reverted to the way it normally works before TM preview even happened, but at Wyatt and Jason there's some weird merge shenanigans happening.

I am personally frustrated about the clear overselling of express this year more than ever. I think that is exemplified by the fact that Five Nights at Freddy's was one of the shorter waits of the night, and it was posted at 180 minutes at one point. Every other house line I walked into was double the posted time and the express line never cleared.

Also annecdotal, but it seems like it has less to do with how much theyre selling and more to do with how theyre pulsing, I've heard from multiple hosts this year that they're being told to let like 30-60 express through for every 5 general depending on how busy it is.
