I think we'll break the glass but the real question is, will it always be open or will it open up like when you head outside in Test Track?

To the bottom right of the supposed tower the ride will leap through, are the green houses. So it seems to me that the placement of things isn’t a huge priortity to UC.

No, I don't think it is. They tell parts of the story as they can. Others have said it before me "if they make a great ride I am happy".

I was looking at my pictures for the one of the hole in Disaster's/Earthquake's wall but couldn't find it. Uni really likes things crashing through walls.

As far as coasters crashing through things, it's kinda hard to beat this one:

I just posted a photo update with pics I took yesterday. Of course, that new window form has gone up since then, but I still have some unique shots to show off, like the few below.

See all here: Harry Potter Coaster Construction Update at Islands of Adventure – Castle Structure Appears – Orlando ParkStop

You can see the new tower structure while standing to the left of Ollivanders:

Looking into the drop-track building to see the mesh forms inside:

I’d be awesome if we got a Son-of-Beast-style monument, with an eternal flame.

I agree the cast member portion should be removed, but keeping the page to film secrets and props with a little show replacing the interviews would be a good idea.

Or they could sort of do what Disney has done and turn Potter Weekend into one-night only upcharge events for fans where they would be able to slim the budget of it all and make the whole thing more streamlined. They could probably get away with a few of those a year and it would likely make them a lot more money by doing it that way, especially because as an after hours event, the whole park isn't affected by it.

What I mean by that is that all of the rides wouldn't have to stay open, they can pick and choose. The budget for an event like this would really probably be all based on expected attendance, which as an upcharge event would be easier to figure out.

They should keep Hogsmeade & Diagon Alley open. I would pay $100 for a Potter event that keeps both lands open....maybe let us in early like 6:00pm and close the parks at 8:00pm with the exclusive event from 8:00pm to midnight.

Playing Mythbuster, I noticed a bit of illogical theatrics in this new gothic tracery window. If the stone column here had been broken off, it would have separated cleanly at the seam (arrow) and not have hung on as is the case here. As a matter of fact, the whole structure should have collapsed without any underlying support.

Sorry, I am deadly bored...

I think we are not crashing trough it but something crashed trough it before us.
Regarding the location of the building, in the movies the layout of the castle also changed quite significantly from movie to movie. Me, I'am as giddy as a schoolgirl seeing these photo's.
