Of course,posted stand by times aren't scientific studies of a new rides' popularity, but they're pretty decent indicators. F&F remains a Disaster, it seems. Really low wait numbers for an expensive brand new, highly advertised, D/E level attraction. Just sayin.

It could be possible that most people choose to wait in the virtual line or singlerider/express instead. I think a better comparison would be Fallons wait times.

Single line time shows there's not much demand. When it's that low, there's not many people in the queue. The first two thirds of the queue will be empty. Plus the lines all merge pretty early.Express has very little advantage the way this is set up.

Peter Pan has a longer wait than Pirates of the Caribbean. Doesn't make it a better attraction or more popular. It's just has a crappy capacity.

Almost all of Universal's attractions have high capacity though.

I do think we need to be careful in some respects with wait times, specifically Shrek. Remember, there's a maze going into theater 2 right now so it's running at half capacity.

Just say you don't like the ride and move on. I don't understand why this thread is still going. We get it, the ride is a miss. But spending your day meticulously going through wait times and trying to use that as a rationale that other people feel the same way is a big waste of time. Wait times don't create a complete picture of the rides popularity. There are tons of other factors. You didn't like. Neither did. It has low waits. Move on!

I really enjoy the attraction and I get what he’s doing. He’s not trying to justify the fans’ anger, he’s showing how much damage this ride is doing to the park itself.

The wait time fluctuates day to day, hour to hour. It's usually comparable to Mummy when I am there.

Was at 45 mins last time I visited.



Add to that the fact that Single Rider was at 15 mins too.

As Twain said there are lies, big lies and statistics. Capacity effects how long a line is. So going by wait time isn't apples to apples.
