Well, I for one am going to have every day I go to the park thoroughly ruined for me because of this.

I’m not sure and although I don’t like the brick box of doom (cold take I know), it unfortunately makes sense why they choose the brick warehouse as due to the limited land they had to work as well as it being on the side of the hill, the station/maintenance bay as well as the queue and other miscellaneous stuff got squished together to make a rectangular area. And since this ride is most likely very expensive due 1. Hillside requiring extra support 2. California being an expensive place in general 3. The ride being larger than other Intamin rides due to the technology present, Universal most likely saw the opportunity to go with an easy choice to create the station.

That being said I genuinely think I would have preferred if the station looked like the concept art station
