For the past few years they've been cutting street entertainment, F&B quality has suffered a bit, and other things.
- Operating hours for the entire resort are down
- F&B quality has suffered (the beef utilized at Satu'li is a lower quality cut now)
- Several attractions have started to close earlier in the day (The Seas Pavilion closes at 7PM now)
- Some attractions have started to run at reduced capacity more often (less drivers on Kilimanjaro Safaris, etc.) , not enough tapstiles open (very recent trend), etc.
- Poor upkeep of common park areas, not typical of WDW
Thankfully, it seems like their turning the tide on these practices though.
