I would love to see the Irish Store included with the arcade, but I'd imagine it probably would have closed for that by now!

Or it’s just not in the arcade, and the arcade is an extra experience? The spec of it not being in its usual spot was brought on by the construction walls beside the store and the arcade having something done to it. I think the community could’ve just jumped to conclusions.

That wall is against the sidewalk as mush as the normal queues that go there are. It’s still possible to have it there. Darrens info comes straight from Lora so I’m taking it as accurate and I can’t see a “bigger” store going into the arcade.

I don't know, using The Mummy gift shop where there is a consistent flow of people exiting the ride would play havoc on the flow of people through the store. It's something they are going to have to address if they go that route IMO.

Isn’t there another exit to the mummy? I remember faintly that there was a period of time they had the exit ramps closed.

I see no chance that they use the mummy gift shop. I just don’t see that as possible, no matter what gets put into the arcade. Maybe it’ll dump into the mummy gift shop, but not take it over.

Well, you know the fake unload scene? The ride will pause a little longer here. There will be HHN merch on display next to the "attendant" and there will be a quick silent auction where riders can bid on the merch. Brendan Fraser will announce the winning bids at unload.

It's been parsed over a bit, but are there any backstage areas connected to the arcade/mummy that could be used? Storage or anything like that?

i would assume if they are using sahara traders as the enterence you can make people exit through the end of the arcade

I thought 2024 was great (despite the issues with the streets) and the criticisms about the IP lineup were unwarranted.

From this statement alone you should have a profile badge or something that is a golden ticket for offering critique.

That doesn't help much... In fact, it will make managing and keeping the store from going over occupancy when it first opens a nightmare. Yeah, later in the run the store doesn't get a line, but those initial days the store has a line, and with a steady stream of ride guests constantly being dumped into the store, it has the potential to cause major overcrowding issues.

I had a blast last year I just think it fell short. 2024 was dogpiled (myself included) with criticism which is why I lazered in on that comment.

Lets keep an eye out in that area. My idea would be enter at the Irish Store, move through the back and into the Arcade area, arcade is another two rooms, and then checkout in the Mummy space. Just my idea of course.

I think that would work really well! Just a matter of if they do it or not!

I haven't been in the Irish store in awhile, but I remember being quite small. Could be a good spot for the dessert case!
