I assumed the delays were the result of the seemingly unfeasible VFX timelines to get this ready within a year when they aren't even done with principal photography.

But yes, the release calendar is going to continue to experience seismic shakeups because of this move.

This feels like end of an empire era Marvel, they're putting all their eggs in this one very overloaded basket and letting the guy who ruined one of their most complex heroes carry it. Feels like a potential all time worst CBM.

Good grief. Movie is over a year away and it already potentially “sucks”? I’m all for having your own opinion, but the knee-jerk negativity surrounding a lot of topics on these boards, and honestly everywhere, lately is exhausting.

Again - we’re all entitled to our own opinions. Just me beating a dead horse. I’ll reserve judgment until the movie is made.
