I'd pay attention to the language in the FAQ as well. On one part, it indicates single day, 2 day, express passes will be announced BEFORE park opening. This does not indicate a before date. So I'd imagine hearing more AFTER park opening.

It really depends on how sales go. If they see soft demand for those products, I have to imagine they'll push more AP/FL Resident offers. Attendance at the parks this year is being driven by all of the FL resident deals at the moment.

I just can't imagine no APs will have access to Epic by September of next year.

Only one day at Epic, impossible to completely see the entire park.

Hopefully by 2026, these multi-day packages allow you to use them as you want to.

I plan on purchasing an opening day ticket, but as a local I don't intend on purchasing another 1-Day ticket after that. I wouldn't mind cancelling my UOR AP for a few months until an Epic inclusive AP is offered. I just wish we get some more clarity on when an Epic-inclusive pass could be sold.

Just be aware, they mentioned soft opening opportunities for APs.

I'd imagine paid "discounted" preview access? If they're not offering the opportunity to upgrade, I sincerely doubt they'd give UOAPs free access during a soft opening period.

I did see something about single day, multi day tickets being sold at a later point. So maybe better vacation packages around then

Potentially. I'd imagine ONE free day for passholders. If they are doing a soft opening, they probably want crowds to test things. But they can control capacity that way.

Yes, on the page before this there is a screen shot of the packages that will be offered.

I can see this working as an incentive to make people keep their APs/renew, but that announcement would need to be made relatively soon.

I still don't see how they can expect to have a successful opening without a good amount of Soft Opening time for Ops to figure out how its all really gonna work.

I'm currently in a sticky spot where I may have to buy my daughters APs (they're both adults) so that our whole family can go see a park for the first time together.

Surprised (and kind of disappointed) they're going this route right from opening.

Rope-dropping will probably be totally useless for off-property guests.

What are the odds that passholders will be able to buy single day tickets to opening day next Thursday?

Edit - found my answer:

The park will be going through technical rehearsals for several weeks with TM previews. During these previews TMs will most likely be able to bring guests with them since they want to test the park for kids too. From what I’ve heard it may start with phased tests with only one land or two operating at a time, and then expanding from there. By the time AP preview rolls around it should be the whole park. I’m very curious to see how this all unfolds.

I woud. Otherwise, why renew? And that means losing about six months of renewals for maybe a year. That $$$ down the drain.(And we know Universal goes out of its way to cater to AP). I can see blackout for summer, IF the soft openings happen for AP holders as a sop (When IOA was in soft, those upgrading got in basically for free, as the 1-year date started on opening day)

They did with IOA, but only if you upgraded and paid the difference for the new APs.

I mean, they wouldn’t be going through all this phase and process if they were. You keep APs by allowing them first access to the tickets, and the eventual exclusive soft opening window.

Also. Please stop double posting. You’ve been warned several times now. The multi-quote feature located at the bottom of each post allows you to respond to multiple posts at once.

But if APs cant come back after Opening Month/Summer, isn't that Bad PR?

Why would that be bad PR? They’re literally giving APs several “first” bones. The current AP does not have Epic in its pricing structure so they’re not paying the park entry.
