In watching the videos touring this world (which is absolutely stunning), one thing that seems unfinished to me is the concrete simulated cobblestone street. It looks cast in gray concrete, and nicely textured, but it seems a bit tonally flat and unconvincing. Then I saw a video where there had been some water on the street, darkening the recesses/grout between stones. Suddenly it looked more realistic. I checked some photos online and it definitely seems like the grout of these streets tend to be darker, maybe due to grime that gets stuck and protected there whereas the top surface gets abraded.
Perhaps a "wash" of dark stain in the grout (with the top surfaced scrubbed back to keep them lighter) would bring the street up to the thematic level of the structures.
