Unless you have early entry with the hotels right?
I just want to get this all correct for my trip in October.

Holy cannoli! If this has been posted before then please excuse. Bryn Court has posted and entire gallery of his work on Diagon. I clicked it thinking it would just be the dragon. It is stuff you never dreamed of... including the the actual Gringotts attraction and prior miniature sculptures of all its rockwork, and then the finished work inside the actual ride. It "must be seen" by everyone here: http://www.moviesculptor.com/wizardingworld.html

Maybe change the name "Diagon Alley" to "Bryn Court". It has a certain ring to it. He's certainly deserving of it by all appearances.

Absolutely. If you can get on one of the first vehicles to the park in the morning, you can do EFG twice in under an hour (1st standby, 2nd single rider) barring technical delays.

My guess is closer to a million. They've been getting 30K per day on the ride on some days

Great gallery! That guy's been busy. Noticed the dragon has blue eyes, cool detail.

Just wanted to share a funny moment I had at work (publix) A customer comes up to me with her daughter and a 2 day pass to universal and IOA. I asked her when she was going and began to have a conversation with her. She told me she reserved two days at a Disney hotel planing to hit up the Disney parks but her daughter later changed her mind and wanted to go to universal instead. Lmao!! I was surprised because this little girl was more interested with Universal than Disney. She changed the families plans. Score for universal.

I didn't write a full review but I feel compelled to say a few things about Diagon Alley... Firstly, for a while I was unsure of when I'd get to go. I didn't see the first Wizarding World until the last night of media previews for Diagon Alley, so I had seen a lot of things regarding the land. I looked at pictures and really had to force myself not to watch any spoiler videos for Gringotts (and I'm so glad I did)... That being said, I saw videos of the entire land and as soon a I entered the land my jaw still dropped. It was so much more than I could have imagined or than can be captured in a picture. The scale is spectacular and it's arguably the only land I've ever truly felt wasn't a part of the rest of the park...

AK is pulling 19K on a good day this Summer. An E-ticket with entrances in both parks--divide the crowd in half, that's still less than 1,000 guests/hour on either side.

I think the ride is doing fine, but the larger point is AK is dead this Summer (as are EPCOT and Sea World). Meanwhile, reports of DHS' death seem greatly exaggerated. The take-away seems to be in a weak Summer, the parks with the new stuff (and MK because it's MK) are the ones who do better than the rest.

DHS hasn't been very rosey either. It's doing better than DAK, but has only gone over 20k on a few days. But, it's merch sales are up, compensating for soft attendnace.

Holy cannoli is right! About halfway through the gallery there is a miniature of the rockwork inside gringott's, and a physical dragon prop is seeing flying through the caves. Is this something that got scrapped? Or is it on the ride but maybe just hard to see?

He is really quite talented. I can only imagine how he felt the first time he got to walk into the area with everything created.

Side question, is the dragon blind?

I feel so stupid... there are yet more pictures of the actual creation and installs that I missed. Incredible! http://www.moviesculptor.com/wizardingworldbts.html

And the following is the kind of picture that I had been dreamy dreaming about the past year... the trek to London to study the originals.
