Hi! I'm looking to work at HHN since it is my dream job but I don't know where to apply / email them. I'm not looking for anything too specific but being a set decorator would be nice.

My dream job would be to write houses at HHN but that doesn't seem easy to get. Any tips on how to get that high up?

Thanks in advance

Get a lot of experience writing and in show directing. The team that writes the treatments have done it for years and came up from the bottom. Mike started off as a writer for Bill and Ted after working as a scareactor and Jaws Boat operator.

It’s a lot of networking, talent, and luck to get there. If you’re passionate about writing haunts, start local.

Just want to emphasize this. If you want to get in a creative field, the best thing you can do is ... create stuff. Write stuff, draw stuff, take classes to get better at those things and meet people who want to do what you want to do. Create cool stuff with them, regardless of scale. If you keep doing that (and you're good at it and Not A Jerk) you'll be on the right path.

“Not A Jerk” is really a key prerequisite.

Be humble? Be cool? I'd add those too.

I'd encourage you take the preceding, good-faith advice seriously and not just ignore it...

I tried to make a new thread about this but I’m not allowed to do that so I’m gonna post it here.

Does anyone know the platform they use to write houses at HHN Orlando is? And what platform is it for the layout on the right of the photo? I’m just curious.
