So we all should not expect to here anything sort of news about the third gate this year at all in terms of something slightly official when it will break ground or anything. We will hear all official announcements of the new park most likely in 2021? 2022? I guess the plan is to finish doing refurbs to IOA and USF before they even start construction that’s my guess I could be wrong.

Ask one thing about USF and IOA do you think we will see a few more attractions and lands be replaced before the new gate opens and perhaps afterwards? Let’s say what will IOA and USF look like when the whole Universal Orlando property is done? Do you expect newer lands & attractions at both parks?

Citywalk - Big Fire Grill/New Shop or Restaurant

There are no rumored plans for any of those locations.

Aside from what's already been speculated USF and IoA will also need to have a few large projects after Worlds opens to keep them fresh. But this thread should be for the new themepark and it's surrounding land.

That’s what I mean when Fantastic Worlds is done don’t mean to jump that much ahead what is the likelyhood of both parks replacing possibly themed lands at IOA and USF? Didn’t mean to put this in the other threads. That’s far from happening but just curious will IOA and USF be upgraded with makeovers to lands or being replacing with newer IP’s to keep up with the 4th gate?

Yes... keep in mind, we don't have the timeline on some of the current rumors, which include Pokemon replacing KidZone, Zelda replacing Lost Continent (or specifically Sindbad), or even Jurassic Park getting a Jurassic Worlds makeover. So these could happen before, after, or during Worlds' opening (or, of course, "never" is also an optional future for these rumors).
