It may be while a good idea to see how perhaps, Kidzone's plans could've fit on that lot..

..it doesn't mean though, that it'll be limited to just that confine of space. Remember, they have stated it in the town hall meet, that Fantastic Worlds will be the largest park that they have created thus far, and considering the size of Beijing..that's saying a few things.

I most certainly am.

Given the lack of information provided by Universal, I'm trying to come up with the best explanations I can for what little info we do have, which at this point revolves primarily around that infrastructure plan. While I hope that much of what I can deduce is correct, I am well aware that some may end up being very wrong.

If there is something specific that you believe I'm interpreting incorrectly, please do let me know!

In terms of creating an all classic monsters land year around for a fourth gate personally doesn’t everyone agree this land should be seperate from the other big monsters land if it ever comes? This would feature Godzilla and his foes. But Universal doesn’t have the rights to WB & Legendary since they are using Godzilla in the monster verse films. And Toho is a part of Godzilla too. It is very confusing I don’t think Toho is a part of these newer Godzilla films though I could be wrong. In my opinion they should be two seperate lands like I Said. Classic Monsters could be the 4th World and Giant Monsters could be the 5th World.

Godzilla is Toho. They have to give the ok for just about any use and is why you’re seeing Godzilla’s foes in the second movie. They wanted to see how the first one went and if it was zilla all over again.

Ok so depending on how this monsterverse does also will determine if Godzilla also is ever used in the fourth gate too? WB and Legendary have the rights to Godzilla and the new Kong which sadly we won’t be seeing anymore at Universal Orlando. Sorry Reign Of Kong had so much potential but needed more space for the attraction. Where was that outdoor portion of the ride that we never saw. Yeah this is coming from a guy that didn’t ride the ride. But saw the POV. All the truck does is make a big turn around into the Skull Island gate. Call me crazy but Kong needed more space and I wish WB & Legendary could connect with Universal Parks so we can see the ape roar once again at the fourth gate. I just wanted to see a much better updated Kongfrontation that’s why I’m so bummed about Reign Of Kong. What happened to physical sets and practical effects? Screens are played out sorry. This isn’t the future of Universal theme parks. End of rant.

Kong is public domain so....they don't need WB to use Kong. Secondly there are like so many renditions of Godzilla they won't need WB/Legendary to do a Godzilla ride. Just Toho.

I kinda wonder if Odyssey's success had anything to do with the rumors of SNW getting a large expansion/redesign. The main thing that was missing from the original SNW plans was any sort of ride based on the regular 2D/3D Mario games, so that could be the basis of a new E-Ticket. I'm thinking an Odyssey ride where you go into different kingdoms/planets and watch Mario possess certain enemies to defeat Bowser would be an amazing idea.

The boom coaster had me so excited, but the idea of using Kuka instead is intriguing. I just hope that DK still gets his coaster, and doesn't get sidelined by a different ride.

On the topic of monsters, I think they can all blend together, if done correctly. This may take it a step out of bounds, but think of Diagon Alley vs Knockturn Alley - very different feel, all within the same area. If "Monsters Land" is being given more space to work with, I can't see why they couldn't mix and match from classic and current monsters.

I can see the tagline now. "Monsters of the past, present, and future", headlined with a monsterly retelling of A Christmas Carol.

That's disappointing. I'm that case, it's definitely under the 12 acre estimate I gave earlier. More breathing room means another acre or two at most.

Yeah, I'd assume just more space for crowd control.


We all know that SNW will be the busiest place in the new park; making sure the land can handle being the busiest area in the park is why extra space would be there.

I'm just assuming nothing at this point. For all we know they didn't "cancel" pokemon to kidzone, they just moved it to Park 3.

If they've indeed reworked the Donkey Kong ride, that alone could add a significant area to the land. And since SNL is going to be in a new park instead of an existing park, I'm guessing a significant sized sit down restaurant and more store areas, and possibly a live stage show of sorts in a theater and/or a street show..........My guess is they will make this as immersive as Diagon with things to do, but they have more space to work with so it will be significantly larger than Diagon. I'm thinking Universal will have the mindset that this land will need to surpass GESWL in it's totality.
