I hope the development and first decade of USF gets a full episode.

Hoping it's the Universal equivalent of the Imagineering Story with a realistic look at the parks versus a glorified commercial.

Even though it’s mostly about the history of the parks I hope we get a glimpse of future projects they are working on.

Like a segment at the very end showcasing concept art or some ride ideas.

I think we’ll get 30 seconds with Universal Kids, Horror Unleashed, and UK project at the end. But not expecting much more than that as Epic is grand finale for this series.

Due to the combo of a very likely stardust closure with ministry being closed I went to concierge to request a refund for my preview ticket tomorrow, they agreed before I even told them my reasoning. I also overheard them giving comp tickets to the other parks, etc, Kudos to them for at least doing their best to remedy the shaky preview week so far.

We need more theme park content shows. I miss the old days of Travel Channel...

"Top 10 coasters", "thrill rides/scream machines", "water parks", etc... it was great

I remember being glued to the TV for the WDW Grand Opening Special with Glenn Cambell, Danny Kaye, and Sandy Duncan.

Does it seem silly to anyone else that they built such a low capacity attraction as donkey Kong , after the Nintendo world proved it was popular in Japan? Just seems crazy that Mario kart is the headliner attraction , but most people rush to donkey Kong because the line is so long

Think it’s just a thing based on what Nintendo wanted the ride to be like. Minecart ride made the most sense and it’s probably not possible to do a large train for the jumping effects.

I think Wing Gliders and Werewolf will help to alleviate the pressure on DK as well; it won’t stop the lines from being long, but it will help morale for the guests who balk at the 90 minute wait knowing that there are two coasters around the same thrill level that will consistently have shorter lines.

I think it wasn’t the best idea to continue previews so close to the opening. They really should have used these last few weeks to go hard on fixing the current problems. Instead they are getting a ton of bad press online . Not the smartest move right before grand opening.

Yah...I guess so. But maybe a pause of three, four, or five days complete closure to get all the nagging stuff done without distractions. Like Disney often does with their individual attraction soft openings. Granted, Universal would lose some revenue, but that inconsequential with what they've spent so far.

That's assuming the closures are all problematic, but closures during this period don't necessarily equate to issues.

It could be filming, crowd flow testing, training, etc. Anything that needs actual fixing seems to be currently closed or will be closing before the opening date.

That’s all the more reason to just keep the park closed. Stress testing and having things go down is one thing, inviting people in knowing it’s going to be a lesser experience is worse.

People can choose not to attend during previews.
