Slightly wild guessing but this looks like materials for a substantial construction wall to me. The posts look pretty beefy, and designed to be bolted to concrete footings (they have a mounting flange). But it doesn't look permanent in that the wall panels look like a foam, perhaps with laminate surfaces front and back. (I've heard someone report it has a graphic pattern on it, but it looks like ripped plastic wrap to me...I don't see artwork.)

Maybe it's designed to last 4-5 years in Florida weather?

Below is my break down of what's there. 141 posts and 289 stringers (e.g., two stringers per post, upper and lower). It looks like it could encircle just over 5 acres max (if it's a circle). Since it's not going to be a circle, perhaps it's enclosing 2 to 4 acres...such as the possible Creature From the Black Lagoon area, or perhaps more logically (given where it's staged) the Ministry of Magic expansion area.

The next thing to look for is holes being dug and footings being poured somewhere!

You've gone about this the right way, but you only needed to count the support posts, the cute yellow road sweeper 4.73metres.

The stringers are 5-6metres long.

141-1 X 5-6metres = 700-840 metres

Counting the stringers was necessary to show a 2:1 (or 3:1, or 4:1) ratio with the posts in order to establish these parts as being for a wall. That's because there's been some speculating these parts could be for something other than a wall, like a structure or attraction, as below, wherein a ratio like that wouldn't necessarily exist. Not that this proves it is a wall, it just makes it extremely likely.

Could this steel be used for some other attraction than a coaster though?

Is this not related to the event space being constructed? Looks like truss pieces of a warehouse structure.

Supports for non-strenous parts of the track like brake runs and entering/exiting load platforms are usually that square shape. Not saying that’s definitely what this is but it is used for most coasters in those sections.

It still doesn't make any difference, the length of a wall of any kind is limited by how many support posts it has, it wouldn't matter if there was 140, 280, or 420stringers there, the only thing that matters is their length because every single support post has a base plate and holes at top for joining spline, it's clear all of this is the bottom row. As soon as I counted 141 yesterday it was clear that perimeter is much longer than any individual building we have permits for, there's enough supports for all 3 buildings combined.

I'm not saying counting the stringers was necessary to determine the length of the wall. I'm saying the clean ratio was helpful evidence that it IS a wall (as others speculated it all could be for something entirely different). Had there been a weird ratio of the thin bits to the post-ish bits, it would not be as obvious...and maybe what we think are stringers are diagonal bracing of some sort of small warehouse or ride, as some have speculated the parts may be for.
