First off, that looks cool as heck.

Second, I've got a good feeling that'll come into play for the nightly lighting ceremony they've talked about. Looked like almost every lighting fixture in Celestial Park is connected, so that could pull off quite the effect!

Third, I'm digging the swirling light effect on Constellation Carousel.

And the previous pictures with the boom lift certainly showed a good reason it didn't show up until now, little easier taking care of things with the lift without the dragon in the way.
