If this park follows in the footsteps of Universal Kids and Epic Universe, AC will be available at the resting points between vast stretches of a concrete jungle

Though to be fair, the weather in the UK is far more mild then Orlando.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't HVAC systems right across the park's buildings. Isn't that standard practice for a modern, world-class theme park. I think Disneyland Paris has full HVAC across the resort, including individual cabins at the Davy Crockett Ranch. I can't see Universal cheaping out on this...
