Some notes on the Hotel's for UOR; from one of the Adventura panels going on in the next few days..

• UOR will of seen a 275% increase of Room Growth since Cabana when Endless Summer completes in 2020, with over 9K rooms
• The importance of the Technological Push at Adventura may be something to look into for the future of the UOR Campus

Thinkwell is a fascinating group. One in which that I have had the chance to talk to a few people. They seem super talented, and especially if they are leaded by Universal; this could get extremely fun for an engaging and exciting park.

FWIW, I get the sense that the "WB as partners" talk may have started because the team that led the WB park design is working heavily on Park 3. I think with a Universal budget and scale attributed to work that was done in Abu Dhabi could lead to a very special park.

FWIW saw Universal filed plans to "widen" Sand Lake Road just above the expansion land. Looks to be right where they had those plans for office buildings (maybe BOH operations). Nevertheless, Sand Lake Road is going to be one of the primary entrance ways, so they are getting that going.

No surprise as it involved Florida Dept of Transportation input and that can take longer to get approvals and OKs than whatever they plan on their land.

Not sure there's much more, but its something.

Toon Lagoon to get major refurbishment(the Love it deserves)

This is all part of a 4 year plan leading to the opening of the south resort in late 2022(soft)
With new entertainment center, 3rd dry park, 3 hotels and 2nd water park(2023)


Wishful thinking is all, before work, just something would be nice please.
