Interesting to point the nature of Cabo San Lucas being a big portside for Cruise Ships.

Universal just had to create a ground up hotel operations group with Universal Kids Hotel, never operated one done before. Now that those systems are in place, I could see this being a move towards a larger presence in that field.

I hope it’s true as I’d love to see what they could build as a destination resort.

I think there's some confusion here. This might be the previously announced UMusic Hotel, a hotel owned by Universal Music Group, totally unrelated to NBCUniversal. But not 100% sure. Hotels
