I mean, it's all going to be down to personal preferences. For the most part, you can get a good experience with only one time in a maze--overall, the talent is pretty consistant. But unlimited can really give you an opportunity to appreciate the mazes once you know what to expect, and we did experience minor variations in our multiple run throughs. So you have to ask yourself, when you do Orlando HHN, do you wish you could do a maze more than once, or are you happy with one visit? It's going to be the same answer here. YMMV.

Once inside, there's QR codes that will give you all the times for shows and maze hours (each maze is open for 45 min, then takes a 15 min break, and it's staggered for all mazes).

Even with the pulsing, we never had a problem taking in the house. If the group in front of you is slow (or scaredy cats, lol), you may still end up running into them later. But we also had many run throughs where we never saw anyone else.

We also don't drink, but you can still get food. There's a walk up counter place, and a full service restaurant (which is surprisingly reasonably priced). The boiler bread is a favorite of many. The restaurant also has mini-show/character interactions with M3gan and the Grabber. But if you didn't want to eat there, you can still walk around it.

Shows/entertainment are fairly continuous, again, check the QR code once inside. Times are all listed for major events. There's also a lot of unannounced interactions/experiences, so keep your eyes peeled. We spent about 5 hours with Unlimited, but we also did each maze about 4 times and ate at the restaurant. Most people find 2-3 hours sufficient, especially if you only do each maze once.

Also keep in mind you can do the mazes in any order. Often, Universal Monsters has the longest line because it's the first one you see. You can walk around and just do another maze with a shorter line. Lines really fluctuated and were pretty random, but even a long line was maybe 15 minutes.
