Just a little report on a few new things I tried over the weekend:

- The wings at NBC are very good!
- The chicken noodle soup and pizza at New Dutch Trading Co at SF were surprisingly good as well.
- Would NOT recommend the UOAP donut for May at Voodoo! Lot of strange conflicting flavors in there lol

Regarding Voodoo Donuts: at least it doesn't have mouth shredding Cap't. Crunch on it. Haha.

Donuts shouldn't hurt!

I’m honestly a sucker for the simple cinnamon sugar cake donut at Voodoo, and I normally don’t care for cake donuts (always find them too dry and crumbly), but their base cake donut is just so good. I need them to bring back the coffee cream-filled snowman donut from a few Christmas seasons back. That thing was perfect.

So it appears that the Big Apple Grilled Cheese is no longer at Today Cafe?

If true, my wife is going to be devastated lol

Sadddd. It seems there’s an Arthur avenue meats sandwich instead. San Fran pastry co has a grilled cheese that seems good!

I noticed that, which is strange. Replacing a vegetarian option with another meat option lol

I always assumed the Big Apple was popular, but maybe not!

I loved the Big Apple. today show is actually one of my favorite spots at USF. Getting a little older now I appreciate theme park food that is not super heavy so I don't feel awful when I spend hours in the park, do Stay and Scream, and then spend another6/7 hours in the park for HHN.
Plus the coffee is not too bad (nitro cold brew).

I have had that one too and its awesome.

My favorite little snack if it's not too hot outside is that stupid pizza pretzel you can get at the window across from the Mummy (if it is still there).

Sidebar what is everbody's go-to for more health conscious food/snacks in the park when its 98 degrees and you don't want the meat sweats?

I don't know that I'd consider it health conscious, but I'm a big fan of the street corn across from Mummy!

They removed that and more but added some mac and cheese cones. Not a fan.

The only bad part about the cones at Epic is that now they're trying to shove them everywhere else too lol

What is everyone's favorite food items currently at the parks? It's a bummer things are going away.

Are they the same like Isle of Berk or variations that fit the land/park? I might or might not be biased on these Mac and Cheese cones based on my profile pic.

I haven't had the cones elsewhere personally, I'd HOPE they're mostly the same or at least the same quality!

As far as favorite items:
30 Rock Midtowner at Today Cafe
Carne Asada Tacos at Bumblebee Man
Mac n cheese at Minion Cafe
Cream Horn at San Fran Pastry Co (literally had this for the first time in May but was shocked how good it was)

We haven't eaten in Springfield for a number of years, but the girls wanted to eat there. They really liked the chicken and burgers , so we ate there a few times. The Fruit bowl was really good. Alene and I ordered that a couple times since it was so satisfying and quite delicious. A real surprise.

I've heard the Chicken Sandwich at Cletus is quite good. I might have to try that out.
