Putting this here to consideration (and with thanks to @ethanuniversal for aid): Permits have been filed for a new grading project over by Psycho Pass.

While it is not clear the extent of what the grading project will be, as noted with the Evolution Plan (and the recent Tech Services map), the replacement of the War of The World Sets have been for relocated scenic/grip/lighting facilities, regrading the hillside to allow parking alongside a brand new structure that'd take out the damaged neighborhood.​

So then most likely they'd get ride of the set or move it?
