Just going off gut feeling and how quickly things are closing, wouldn't be surprised if by this time next week most of this is suddenly behind walls.

I've mentioned it in the past, but I do love the fact that some of the LC locations are being relocated to PoE. I love Port of Entry, but it always felt like a well-themed walkthrough versus an environment to explore. Hopefully as LC goes away, they can figure out a way to add some of the nice elements from LC (Mystic Fountain, signage and props, etc.)

It would be a great idea to put Mystic Fountain in PoE, I love that fountain.

I think it would work well over by the water across the Cinnabon. It's a pretty quiet area with nothing going on, perfect area for it.

Port of Entry has always been my favorite land at Islands of Adventure. I just love the music, theming, and little details. Plus: Confisco!!!

I would really like the massive Griffin statue to get relocated to somewhere in Port of Entry. Just cover up the "Lost Continent" engraving/plaque, and I think it would fit right into POE's aesthetic.

I will sound like a broken record on this. I have long felt that Port of Entry needed some water features out front. While I could sit and listen to the music (and do on Youtube thanks to UO Radio), I have felt that a couple fountains or waterfalls would complete the entry area (prior to the gate). As an entry, the front works well with the shops that are there. Universal did not commit a lot of room to that area and so the shopping is a little limited. Even so, it is one of the best entry areas of any park (at least, here in the states).

If only it can be done with a Snap!

I’d love it if the fountain could be moved to the crossroads area in between Seuss and Marvel. Giving it a small plaza with the Mystic Fountain there could be a fun way to have a sort of Barker element to the entrance area.

I'm hoping that part of the Lost Continent project will make them upgrade the entry to IOA just a tad bit by removing the unnecessary ticket booths (just relocate them off to the side) and add more shade/water features.

I don’t understand the push for Pokemon Snap. The OG was a cult classic at best and the Switch Sequel flopped harder than a flock of Magikarp in a drained Lake Valor.

I think the thinking is that it translates well to a ride. Imagine Buzz Light-year, Midway Mayhem, or MIB, but instead of a gun you have a camera. You could make finding rare Pokemon a reason for re-rides. Could link it to your phone and provide a gallery of pics the guest/player took on the ride.

But, there's countless other ways they could do Pokemon attractions. A 'pokeball launcher' could also work (tossing balls out of a cannon like it's Midway Mayhem).

Honestly, I might prefer a non-gamified ride. Something on the level of MoM, Monsters, or Rise.

The game is literally an interactive, on-rails shooter.

Yeah this is what I want lol

I'd literally be happy with "Kilimanjaro Safari but Pokemon"

I think it's possible to please both crowds if the "SNAP" aspect was confined to the app being built for the pokeball stuff they're concocting and not an actual mechanic of the ride. This way people can just ride the ride if they don't want to play a game, while others can use their app to snap photos that will likely be judged by a Professor at the end of the ride for points ("you were close...")

i actually dream this to be more of a It's a small world or Pirates boat ride (somewhere in the middle for mild thrills with some more dangerous or large pokemon) but "LOOK AT ALL THE POKEMON" that runs hella numbers.
