This is all leading up to the announcement of the surprise 11th house, based on Death Becomes Her (please I'm begging you this is the perfect comedy house)

Interesting that this one doesn’t really feel like it fits the Victorian / Gothic vibe as closely as Masquerade does. Not really a huge deal to me (not everything can fit that vibe) though, so still exciting

Also of note is that the artwork is implying that the pumpkins will be back in the trees this year.

This would be my absolute dream! I just told my wife about this zone and the spec about the pumpkins coming back in the trees, and she reminded me how perfect for us personally that would be since this is our 10 year wedding anniversary (this Halloween), and the pumpkins were in the trees right next to us when we got married (up in the grass in that scarezone!). I'm absolutely giddy with the possibility! I so hope this really happens!

As soon as I saw the post about this zone - I said - oooo another SS reference! Weirdly, I remember this poster clearly, and it came back to me immediately, but I have complete mental block on Hatchet and Chains - don't remember that room AT ALL. Sucks getting old.

Well there is the rumor of a Mel's DIE-In Chainsaw Horde on roller skates...

Anyways...I'm pretty excited for this zone! I believe this is the first zone/house/anything that came solely from one of the posters they created for Slaughter Sinema, and this looks to give us a great Halloween vibe with a unique twist. Since it's been a while, I'd be open to the pumpkins returning to the trees, can also see them putting in Cat's Eyes a la' the creature eyes that were in Jungle of Doom a couple years ago.

It's also neat seeing the zone get expanded with the truss structure going up in the Animal Actors Plaza, definitely gives us a great opportunity for another big setpiece.

Also, I do agree with @EAS . When the rumor first came out with Were-Cats, the first thing that came to mind was "Man, if they had those last year, that would've been your Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island zone right there!". (Honestly wish they did, as that fantastic setting was wasted on just bog-standard zombies, pun very much intended!)
