Yup. Which is why when I traveled all the way to Shanghai to experience Tron, my reaction was... Test Track? What are you doing here??

But excited for the new version. Wish it was open in time for holiday rush this year.

Yeah, this sounds like they will incorporate AI LLMs and self-driving in a heavy handed way. I'd love to be surprised, but this *is* a giant ad for Chevrolet.

This isn't a new observation in this thread, but I struggle with this redesign as it's probably going to be the exact same narrative beats with a fresh coat of paint, which doesn't get me excited. I doubt they are changing the track at all and the core story and effects are probably identical.

Yeah, I expect SuperCruise to get a big boost in this. And maybe the Equinox EV? Hard to say which way the wind is blowing on that.

"ET race home"... .............There's a lot they can do to make this better. If they could get the interior on the entertaining level of Radiator Racers indoor scene, the attraction could be terrific.

It’s definitely an improvement over the last awning, but “extend the original World of Motion pavilion design” seems like a stretch considering the glassed in portion was open.

While this sign doesn’t match the concept art I don’t think it’s horrible.

People have to realize Disney isn’t paying a dime for this refurbishment. If GM wanted a better sign they would’ve increased their budget for this project.

Also concept art is just that in the name.

While i do like the concept art sign better, this sign literally matches the logo slapped on the construction wall. So any deviation from that should not have been expected
