Seems like a good spot for her. Although, I'm not sure id take that initial concept art from a few years ago as gospel. I know infront of Yoshi is where some meet and greets will be, just not sure if its all of them.

Alright, so we're likely gonna see Mario and Luigi meeting guests at SNW, but who else is more likely to be meet-n-greetable? I'd love to see Bowser, but building an accurate costume seems like quite a daunting task.

And if Peach is a meet-n-greetable character, would she work better as a face character or fur character? I think she has the flexibility of working in either form, but what do you guys think?

I would imagine like Mario and Luigi, that Peach if she is going to be in the land as a meet and greet, will get the same treatment as them--full body suits.

The question, and one I'm curious of, would Universal want to make the eyes blink though, similar to how the various Mickey and Friend's full-body suits do have that aspect in the face.

Id think the Mario Costume that was at the SNW Japan press thing a few weeks back is what we'll be getting. Could be wrong though, id presume they'd be trying to show that off a bit. Its almost reminiscent to the one that was at the construction ceremony for Japan.

Such a failed opportunity if there isn't some sort of Halloween event here. Even if its minor and just a couple of weekends or something.

Completely agree.

There's potential to go full scale during Halloween, with a Luigi's Mansion type event, ghosts everywhere, Luigi with the ghost vacuum running around. They could even change the AR interactive game to be focused on ghosts running loose throughout Mushroom Kingdom.

But back to reality... Boos and Shyguys during Halloween.

I can only see the articulated heads happening if there's gonna be a show of some kind. Otherwise, not likely.

And I can definitely see Peach being more a mask character in Osaka's SNW. Kinda the same situation concerning the Fairy Godmother at D*sn**'s parks, I imagine.

Unless you’re talking Boo Guys or Phantom Guys Shy Guys aren’t seen in Ghost Houses and wouldn’t really work as exclusive to a Halloween event. You’ll get your fix though as I seem to recall @Alicia saying Shy Guys will appear on the Yoshi ride.

Shyguys, Boos, and Drybones could fit for a Halloween event. Many other Mario badies could, just theme it around Bowser running amuck.

If you want a Luigi's Mansion themed Halloween event, that's a different story.

When I think a Halloween event I’m thinking the undead enemies. From the looks of things the regular enemies are already present anyway like the Goombas and Pirahna Plants.

It's at Grand Central Station, I bet it'll be highly covered by social media. It's more of a fun contest than a press event.

The contest is, but didn’t they say at the media event in Japan that they’ll have more details in New York in February? Thought maybe there’d be more than just the contest this week in New York. But, still no word on what, if anything.
