Well, a lot of us figured it wouldn’t open until next year, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be softs later this year.

Yeah I was always under the impression of early 2023 due to blockout dates, maybe soft or previews late 2022 maybe.

It's been stated it was opening in 2023.

Now they've clarified its opening in EARLY 2023.

Those who've stated they anticipated late 2022 softs are still very possibly right.

Unless there's discrepancies from how it looks in Japan, chances are the footage is from Japan. Then again I've no idea what's the exact progress on the ride interior.

Well, I know our version's interiors are basically finished, and people have gotten to ride it. Why not just shoot the footage here?

You can compare pictures from Japan and the one on the USH site. I see some slight Differences. Also Passengers in USH picture. One is wearing a NBCU shirt.

I have no proper proof of this but I'm hearing a tour of our version of SNW will be filmed with Doug Bowser leading the way when the area is complete, sometime around August is the hope.

It may not officially open until 2023, but I think it will be open for part of the holiday season.

Like the Wizarding World, I think this is going to have a long soft open period.

Rumors have circulated that they've been having team members ride the attraction at a state of completion to where effects are on, right? Could be very plausible that they recorded some of it with those who were used for the tests.

The discourse surrounding Super Nintendo World's status in Hollywood has been very strange. People beg insiders to speak up, but people balk when folks say what they know, seemingly wanting this thing to open in 2023 (and how dare you suggest it might soft in 2022). I don't know what else to tell them.
