The prisoners whistling for the key from the dog is probably the most iconic scene from the POTC rides. For Shanghai, the twist is that everyone is a dead/a skeleton!

Tron seems like Space Mountain. It's a ride that doesn't videotape that well at all. The TRON videos haven't impressed me at all either.

I don't need to make any excuses for Universal. Getting a great ride basically every year is good for me.

Their pirates is what most thought Gringotts was going to be like in terms of visual effects and mix of sets and screens. Thats what I'm most impressed with more so than ride experience.
