I like the idea of choosing characters to represent. Not playing as Luigi/Yoshi/etc., but you have their colors and emblem on your kart.

Also, as awesome as the ride and AR integration sound, I am a bit wary of how that tech will work. I'm not looking forward to Gringotts/Kong-level tech issues at opening. And if it's in KidZone, it'd be ANOTHER attraction that requires glasses, 3D or not.

I'm not worried about tech issues. Japan will take care of that. It should be smooth as silk by the time it hits Orlando. One big advantage of not being first with new tech.

Universal......if you are listening....don't make most of the ride racing against the Koopas. Add Wario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Donkey Kong, etc....should be a big cast of Nintendo greats....just like the game!

The added scenes could well be to help the pacing of the ride if the length of ride time hasn't changed.

Perhaps it's easier for the AR to handle, idk...There is probably a reason they are doing it

I also don't see a world where Mario, Peach, etc aren't in the ride

It’s pointless for anyone not working at Universal. If it’s the same product either way most people would likely prefer getting it sooner.

What if it's not the same product? They wouldn't delay the land just to put it in a new park. They will probably expand it somehow.

It gives them time between projects to make improvements to the Orlando and Hollywood ride systems if there are issues with what Osaka will have in regards to SNW. Essentially, it makes Osaka the unwilling test subject.

Understandbale, but wouldn't you still want to be the resort that gets all the new tech and rides first? Even if that ride is unique to that park or something, it's always a good thing to get the 'New SHiny' stuff first because people will chase it in over-dramatic numbers which results in spending , more days, etc. Maybe I'm overthinking it lol

Just because they're in that section of the park, doesn't mean that Zelda is going there. Uni. is looking at multiple options, Zelda is just one of them.
