Usually, Mario and his pals, Pokemon, and Legend of Zelda are the only recognizable Ips to be in the park. I could see Mario at Universal Studios Florida, then Zelda at Islands of Adventure and the rest would go into the 3rd theme park. It would create guests the reasons to go to three parks just to experience and guaranteed to make Universal and Nintendo money. The 3rd park I believe would have more Pokemon, maybe a deeper Mario series attraction, and for less iconic Nintendo attractions.

I would wager watching the popularity of Splatoon and Fire Emblem in the coming years, as those could rise further in popularity with the more exposure it gets.

I feel Splatoon is a definite possibility for a major presence in Japan (a section in Universal Wonderland with water themed flat rides) and a minor presence in UOR (a splash park), but Fire Emblem... some sort of show in a Universal Cool event in Japan could work, but I don't think the series would work in an actual permanent theme park setting, especially in the States.

To be honest, Splatoon I see if the game sales keep increasing more and more with each game, as it has a rather good global following so-far, with over 3.5 Million in sales by VGChartz for Splatoon 2 and also 4.69 million sales from VGChartz for the original Splatoon. It has the potential to grow, and that it can be a great way for Nintendo to have a dedicated TPMS (Third Person Multiplayer Shooting) franchise alongside the likes of Smash.

And as for Fire Emblem, I don't discount it in the way I don't discount Metroid. Both seem to have stronger United States crowds than Global crowds, and that it could get a good boost by the time it jumps from the 3DS to the Switch later this year. Not to mention, it has the characters, locations, and possible stories to back up at-least a mini land.

So the two biggest Nintendo IPs don’t appear at all in Site A.

I hope Metroid Prime 4 hits big enough for a ride.

The Mario plans are already drawn up for USF and ready to go. They could have a Hogsmeade/Diagon Alley one two punch by going with these plans. Then of course also get Zelda ready for IoA.

Illumination should be at the front of the Studios where it pretty much already is.

I'm starting to doubt it going into the Studios

I think we need to pump the breaks on the speculation. As of right now, we have very little definitive information about Nintendo's location at ALL. As tired of I am of waiting, I feel like at this point we SHOULD just wait and see.

And Fire emblem would be an extremely easy update for Lost Continent.

There’s been reports that Universal has told the city they’re planning to build 2 parks, along with hotels, entertainment, etc, when looking for zoning approval.

But does two parks mean two parks, or one park and one water park?

That’s what I’m leaning towards. With Universal calling their water park a park, there’s no telling what they meant.

Yeah, I think a water park is a lock. It's just what terminology they are using with the city. That being said, with how they laid out the 100 acre plot with no hotels, I'm having trouble seeing them doing two parks plus a water park on that southern plot with everything else that has to go in there. Not impossible, but it'll be a squeeze.

Just look at Volcano Bay. It's squeezed between a major road, a major highway, and a giant hotel. It's so small, they had to put parking down the road and use buses for transport. Nothing is impossible anymore.

That’s a weird way to spell The Legend of Zelda.

Different language, maybe? ;)

Yeah.....no. Please no. It would be hard enough just to wait for one of those properties, much less two.
