Nintendo Coming to Universal Parks

I still haven't heard anything about a Dragon Challenge replacement, (except on this forum.) But I am hearing lots about KidZone replacement. That's my barometer on which may be happening first.

But still a chance they just go all in and start both projects after summer. Who knows.

If DHS can drop GMR, then USO can drop D.C. and KZ. Not like either eat up crowds at this point.

The only thing I could think of that would help would be keeping animal actors in that area if possible for as long as they can- say, until F&F opens.

ETA: I still think it's ridiculous that F&F is going to be a virtual queue. Especially with all of Kizdone closing down. Think of all the capacity that queue could help absorb.

It's been said someone bought the dynamic SFX coaster and if Disney isn't using it for GOTG and the rumor is DC isn't getting it. That leaves DK as the only other coaster coming soon. That's why I was wondering. Glad it isn't DK.

Just move the Animal Actors stage to Fear Factor.

Yes. I have to imagine Animal Actors will be safe until at least after HHN.

Curious George, Nuthouse Coaster, and Fievel may start deconstruction first, just so they can still allow HHN maze queues to pass through Barney. Then Barney as soon as HHN ends, and Animal Actors last so they wall off the entire area before major construction starts on the land itself.

Maybe it's for a Grinch/Mount Crumpit coaster? Unlikely but it's been rumored for years and there's a reboot coming out next year.

DK has to use that Boom Coaster patent.

Say what you will about the rest of KidZone, but I think the Curious George area is beautiful and kids still have a lot of fun in it. I'm glad I was able to get some pics and video before it closes.

Say what you want, but I'll miss the Curious George section of the park. When I was younger, my sister and I loved playing in the foam ball pit. The water section caused us nothing but grief (some kid drenched us both and that basically ended the day at the parks), but it's classic Universal.
