Their current response: "It's still 2025 until December 31st"

But from what I've heard, its most likely delayed. Again.

As for the resident flat ride "Wipeout", the seats have returned backstage. The ring mount is in the pit. Soooo THAT should be reassembled & operational "soon". (apparently it was delayed due to parts)

It’s embarrassing that it’s taken them this long to get something going with Montezooma.

It’s like, a 30 second ride. It could hardly even be considered a full coaster in its original form. Hopefully the re-do is at least a minute longer, ideally more… because all of this chaos just to get a slightly better version of a very short ride would be silly. Pitting this against Hollywood Drift and whatever SFMM is doing is a really strange and poorly thought out idea.

That's really quick, because I was there just yesterday, and the second tower was still totally behind tarps!

Oh yea. Another update i forgot to mention.. "Calico Mine Ride" is currently closed for refurbishment. It will be closed for roughly another 3 weeks.

Allegedly, they're actually going in and FIXING the piping & whatnot so the waterfall can FINALLY return.

Also they might be attempting to fix some of the figures that haven't "moved" in a very long time.

I believe "Train 6" is getting work done too from what I was told

So I heard that Knott's is apparently going to reopen Calico Mine Ride this weekend even though it's still an active construction site. They're just going to cover the scaffolding in tarps

we'll see if it happens, if it does.... *sigh*

Fresh green support spikes help blend in with the trees

While it is a minimal enhancement that SHOULD'VE been done last year, the Flying Ace now has a mountain/tree backdrop. This small touch is a great improvement to a classic kiddie flat ride

Magic Mountain FINALLY starts making some good decisions (Restoring HH, upgrading the food) and then they pull this. That is alarming.
