Never really thought about it but the front of the Discovery center will be a really good viewing spot.

Probably why there's supposedly a viewing area set up there.

Amen. Banking a drop ruins the point - that’s why you corkscrew down for an emergency descent in an airplane, it transfers some G’s in a kind of “toward your seat” direction.

Interesting the orange parts on the exterior of the show building.. seems to match the columns of the discovery centre.

That kinda hints that the discovery centre won’t be re-themed any time soon..

I hope that they plant a lot of trees around all of this to make it as lush as it used to be.

Interesting observation. Does anyone know if this is the final color, and not just the color of the material or some sort of primer?

someone help me figure out the load / launch layout here. I’m so confused now. Is the top hat a later launch in the ride?

The a mid course brake run (block) would be on a regular coaster, this one uses a launch instead. So you get launched twice on this.

Look up Orlando Park Stop JP coaster and it will give you a map of the layout.

I believe there are going to be severe limits on trees being planted near this coaster. Tree canopies arching over tracks is unsafe plus they cannot block evacuation procedures. I am not even sure the tall skinny washington palms will return. It will be interesting to see what they can pull off!

Jurassic Park Coaster track topped off at Islands of Adventure

Construction continues on the Jurassic Park coaster, as track was installed at the highest point, "topping off" the top hat element of the coaster. Foliage will grow. it's only been a year and they had a ton of trees dies. Check out the area on the back of Diagon to see how that covered up. It was pretty much full before two years had passed.
