I try to share both with whoever i can as i feel McCarthy is someone to keep an eye on.
Oddity is a better movie (with a legendary cold open), but Caveat is more frightening imo.
Very excited for Hokum; Looks like 1408 had a baby with Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.

I think Damian will eventually make something or other for Blumhouse and that'll be the path for him at HHN.
