I am booked into Helios for the first part of my trip and got the AP rate. However my travel agent booked my AP into a package with Royal Pacific where we are going after that. Will they honor the AP rate, or can I pick it up at Helios even though its technically tied into a reservation 2 days later?

Assuming the travel agent package is paid for in full, you should be able to pick up the AP as you normally would.

Well also I was told it needs to be activated…which wouldn’t happen until we left epic/helios 2 days later

I picked up my AP at the Vacation Planning desk and went right over to the front desk at Aventura and checked in no problem.

In the past I've shown the confirmation number for my AP purchase while checking in and that was fine.

I've never even been asked for it any other time lol

Waking up an old thread here... Trying to figure out best option for breakfast while staying at Helios for 3 nights (then transferring to SF). Anyone used room service lately? Prices from last year looked high, as expected, but a little silly ($24 for pancakes). I figured maybe we use the mini fridge for some milk and get some little cereal packs? Grocery delivery? What did you do? Park doesn't open until 9a EPA...a bit late for the family to eat there and I'm sure we will want to ride things right away.

We really enjoyed Flora Taverna for breakfast! We did the buffet (continental + omelets and some hot dishes), but they also have a la carte options
