Without going into spoilers, I am very curious to see where the cut-off point is for the show. Splitting the game down the middle wouldn't make for good TV formatting for season 3.

Here's what i think:

I think season 3 will be Abby's section of the game, and season 2 will probably end when Abby shows up at the theater

I always personally preferred that they built Abby’s character up BEFORE you know what happens.

But idk. Hoping the show does it well nonetheless.

This was never going to be easy to adapt.

Split the seasons just like the game? That's one option I suppose, but now Ellie's going to be sitting out a large part of Season 3 and non-gamers might get restless wanting to know what happens after Jesse dies.

Do both storylines concurrently and split each one halfway through? Possible, but then you're left with an incomplete and unsatisfying narrative for over a year until the next season drops.
